Terms

These terms cover your use of coxheadwines.co.nz and any purchase you make from us online. The site is run by Coxhead Wines Limited, Rotorua, New Zealand. When we say "we" or "us", we mean Coxhead Wines Limited.

You must be 18 or over

You must be 18 or over to use this site, to buy from us and to receive a delivery. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years, and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive alcohol.

Online sales

Online sales aren't open yet. The rest of this section applies once they are. We'll only sell alcohol while we hold the licence the law requires, and we'll show our licence details on this site.

• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
• A mix pack is any 6 bottles for $180, including delivery anywhere in New Zealand, rural addresses included. We only deliver within New Zealand.
• Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we can't confirm you're 18 or over, if a wine is unavailable, or if we have to by law. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
• The courier may ask for ID. They won't leave a delivery with anyone under 18 or anyone who appears intoxicated.

About the wines

The bottle images on this site are illustrations, and the final labels may look different. Tasting notes are our opinion. If a vintage changes, we'll say so on the wine's page before you buy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you're buying for a business, such as a bar or restaurant, the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply, and the terms we agree with your venue apply instead.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. This doesn't affect the consumer rights above.

Using this site

The words, photos and designs on this site belong to Coxhead Wines Limited or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us. We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
