A winemaker without a winery, yet

We don't own a winery yet. Until we build ours in Rotorua, we're scouting New Zealand's best regions for exceptional parcels of wine, choosing only what Aaron would put his name to, and bringing it straight to your table.

The tastemaker

Aaron Coxhead

He's made wine in New Zealand, Australia and Germany, then moved back home to Rotorua with his little family. In 2026 he was named North Island Young Winemaker of the Year, runner-up nationally. His palate is the filter. If he wouldn't put his name to it, it doesn't go in a Selects bottle.
